Farsheed Azad, MSc – President & CEO
Farsheed has been working in IT industry since 1988 and has gained broad-based IT experience almost exclusively in support and service sector. His experience encompasses various aspects of dealing with a wide range of IT projects of varying business needs and emphasis.
In ten years of employment with Data Logic (A Raytheon Company), he led and managed major projects with clients such as Coopers & Lybrand, Price Waterhouse and Chevron UK. He was also responsible for the setting up and running of a very successful help desk for Data Logic in 1992-1993.
Farsheed Azad provides vision and leadership to PC Helpline while ensuring moral and ethical dimensions for a ‘higher’ purpose to be the guiding principles every step of the way.
He has deep commitment to serving our customers with sustained high performance.

Daniel Azad – VP of Sales
Daniel is the VP of Sales at PC Helpline. Since joining with the company in 2011, Daniel has found success in different roles such as Technical Support, Human Resources, Business Development, Account Management, Marketing and Sales. Daniel appreciates having a career that involves constant interactions with company owners/executives, government IT managers and decision makers for some of the most well-known corporations worldwide.
Daniel oversees the onboarding for new clients as well as ongoing client management. Daniel's ability to form relationships with clients allows for a level trust that is hard to come by, especially in this industry. Being a global service company means that we often don't get a chance to meet our clients face-to-face and shake their hand. It's important to us that our clients feel they are highly valued and are confident in our team's ability to provide best-in-class service.

Don Winsor, BTh – Senior Business Development Consultant
Don has lifelong leadership in sales, customer service and marketing in the telecommunications industry, in the business and philanthropy sectors, as well as the medical field. Don entered BC TEL/TELUS as they were entering the "equal access" era during the conversion from a monopoly to a competitive environment. His high performance led to multiple leadership opportunities, which included being part of the team that introduced the new technology of ADSL high-speed internet to the marketplace, by managing technical and customer service/sales call-center teams.
As CEO, he led a non-profit charity for over 10 years, which experienced significant growth during his tenure. Currently he is the owner of his own business: Afaayo Canada Consultants Inc.
Leading through achievement and 5-star service, he is a high performance sales and customer service specialist. He is a persuasive communicator and mentor coach, and a high level creative and strategic thinker, visionary and driver. He is often described as a trailblazer.
Don believes in the spirit of generosity and giving a hand up to those in need, while making a significant difference globally, with compassion for everyone. He values a personal approach to long-term relationship building, and will often want to meet you over a coffee or plate of food. Most of all, he believes in helping businesses increase revenue, decrease costs, improve efficiencies and productivity, while growing a satisfied and loyal customer base.
Phil Dunglinson, MBA – Non-executive Chairman of PC Helpline Advisory Panel
Phil is currently serving as Group SVP Operations for Afrimax, a Dutch based Group building wireless broadband businesses, based on 4G LTE, in multiple countries across sub-Sahara Africa.
Prior to joining Afrimax, Mr Dunglinson was Chief Operating Officer for Digicel in the Pacific where he oversaw the roll-out of Papua New Guinea's second GSM operator. Mr Dunglinson has also spent time in other telecommunications roles for Millicom International Cellular and Cable & Wireless, working in Hong Kong, India, Ghana, Singapore, Cambodia, South Africa, Poland and Russia.
Mr Dunglinson is originally from the UK and is currently based in southern Malaysia. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and has an MBA from Manchester Business School.
Gareth Wood – A member of PC Helpline Advisory Panel
A member of the company's advisory panel since January 2003, Gareth Wood is a professional trainer, facilitator, organizational development consultant and keynote speaker. Gareth was intimately involved in facilitating "people working with people" and leadership issues in the printing and destination resort industries for 15 years. He has 20 years experience in customer service, training, administration and management, as well as 16 years as an independent consultant and trainer.
